I noticed that Moringa Oleifera is an ingredient in a blend of herbs I've been taking called ReVitaPhi. So I googled it because I have never heard of it before and wanted to know its benefits. Thanks for the info! Zija looks great! I want to try it! I got my alkalizing blend from this place:

I was introduce with the moringa leaves many years ago from a neighbor and we will cut the young leaves and the young beans and add it to our chicken or beef soup. It's very good and my young children loved it. It grows abundantly all over the island of Guam.

Forgot to add one thing. About the bark, only a little bit is used and is placed in a piece of gauge or thin cloth with coconut oil and placed under the sole of the feet. Do not use it on the bare sole as it will cause blisters to form.

Hi, ever since I was a kid i have been eating the Moringa Oleifera leaves and pods as well. we have cooked it in different ways be it as broth or cooked with coconut milk and curry powder with fried or salted fish added to it. I remember my grandma used the bark with a little coconut oil and placed it under the sole of the feet to bring down fever. Also those suffering from liver malfunctions boiled the leaves and drank the water.I'm glad to have found this site and happy to note that my grandparents knew a lot about this miracle tree before anything was published about it. My kids love it when I cook the Moringa leaves. they'll feed on that every day if possible.
Moringa Oleifera is grown everywhere , in every garden of every Seychellois.

I ran intgo a long time friend and she gave me a very small taste and at the time I was having a bad allergy reaction hadn't had any sleep for the day being I work at night. That small taste opened up my senses. My allergies were affecting my nasal n head area. I started to feel relieved.

I can't believe I haven't heard of this before? The bone marrow thing looks interesting too - though maybe a little to bit too "engineered" for me!
