Herbs are a great form of healing. Many people like them because they are in physical form – unlike, say, homeopathy or acupuncture. It’s good to take something every day which you know is getting into your body and traveling to the areas of the body which need treating.

A great form of medicine – I love it.

  2. About herbal, is it really has no side effects? or how to minimalize the effect?

I believe that everything if abused have side effects and even herbal meds are not excluded on this. But of course I find herbal much safer compared to synthetic ones.

Herbal medicine has always been an inspiration for ‘regular medicine’ as most healing substances come from nature. And foods that are natural taste so much better than artificial foods or foods with flavors, colors and preservatives. Just get the herbs from a pure source so you’re not getting contaminants.

A really good example of how organic and herbal medicines have been used to keep healthy is in the ancient and modern Chinese medicines. Made entirely of herbs and natural ingredients, they have been and continue to be used to cure ailments and keep the body functioning properly. The only thing is, they usually don’t taste well. Cant win em all!

A good example of herbal remedies is the use of Chinese medicines in the past and present to cure ailments. The only downside is they usually have a strong smell and funky taste. Cant win all battles I guess..

  7. Artichokes and tomatoes can help anemia, because of their high Iron content.
